Nearest entrance to the bowling green in Knoll Park is via the gate alongside the bus stop in Rowan Avenue, directly opposite the junction with Maytree Walk.
Rowan Avenue forms, along with Elm Drive, a one-way road system between The Old Shoreham Road and Hangleton Road, Hove. See map below
From the West, Hangleton is connected to the A27 Brighton By Pass by the Hangleton Link - signed to Shoreham Harbour - via The Old Shoreham Road.
From the East take the first junction on the A27 after crossing the A23 London Road. The third exit from the roundabout leads down King George VI Avenue and continues into Hangleton Road.
